The Works Monitoring system is developed for the benefit of Urban Local Bodies and the State Level Nodal Agency in Andhra Pradesh.

The system mainly aims at simplification and rationalization of the work procedures and also monitors the performance of the Projects. The system has an integrated web editor (similar to MS Word), through which the user can effectively manage the documentation tasks.

Benefits of the System: Some of the benefits of the system are:

• It will drastically reduce the work of regular & Periodical tasks involved in the Project administration, since the system will generate pre-defined templates automatically.
• Funds monitoring & Bill payments monitoring can be done effectively by both the ULB’s & APUFIDC.
• Physical progress of the works can be monitored.
• With minimum inputs, several periodical reports can be generated for monitoring and submission to the APUFIDC & GOI.
